Crackseal is a specially formulated acrylic co-polymer emulsion with excellent penetrating properties. Used to seal hairline cracks in reinforced, granolithic, mosaic and terrazzo floors. Also used for consolidating hollow floor screeds.

Advantages
Seals hairline cracks in reinforced concrete and can be used on verticle surfaces. The ready to use (no mixing required) copolymer emulsion re-bons renders, has good flexibility, is easy to pour and has excellent penetrating properties.
Application
Remove any loose dirt from the area to be treated. Crackseal is best suited to dry surfaces as a wet surface will affect the performance. Fine hairline cracks and crazed areas are best treated with isolating dams with putty or mastic. Apply the sealer with a squeezy bottle. For cracks on a vertical surface use small cups or wells of putty at the top of the crack and at intervals if required. For the remaining crack use adhesive tape or putty/mastic to keep the sealer within the crack. Add slowly and allow to set if the crack is deep. Reapply to build the sealer up. Continue applying until no further penetration occurs. Suitable for cracks up to 1mm. Do not use on surfaces where the temperature is below 5°C.

Crackseal is available in 5 litre containers.
Storage
Crackseal should be stored in a dry place in temperatures above 5°C when stored in an unopened airtight condition the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
