Eco barrier Bio is an extremely versatile high specification biodegradable barrier oil which has been specially formulated to prevent the adhesion of asphalt, concrete, cement mortars and similar substances to a wide variety of surfaces including steel and plastics.

It is ideal for the protection of plant and equipment such as mixing vessels, concrete mixers, bitumen paver machines and rollers.

Application:
Eco barrier Bio is specifically designed to be applied to steel plastic containers, mixers and lorry beds prior to pouring concrete, asphalt or other preparations into them to act as a barrier to mitigate adhesion of the material being used to the elevant surfaces.
It is supplied in ready to use containers and should be applied using either brush, spray or roller directly to the clean surfaces requiring protection prior to their use.
Can be diluted with 4/5 parts gas oil/kerosene to 1 part Eco barrier Bio.
Equipment can be used immediately for several loads of asphalt or concrete.
All residues left on the equipment can easily be removed using hot water or low

pressure steam on site at the end of the shift.

Storage: Eco barrier Bio should be stored under dry, frost-free conditions away from direct sunlight. Shelf Life: When stored correct in unopened container storage stability is 1 year.
