Grade Glider
In stock
The Grade Glider is designed to improve surface tolerance, simply towed by a ride-on power trowel to create a flat concrete surface.
The Grade Glider will assist in improving floor flatness and floor level characteristics by actively triming the surface after the powerfloat pass. Typically during the wet and plastic stages imperfections can be introduced by the panning and finishing processes during power troweling. The Grade glider is a towable screed sled that helps in 'bumpcutting'; trimming these imperfections to achieve a flatter floor.
This 10ft long piece of equipment is great for surfacing out imperfections to produce immediate levelling. A popular use of the Grade Glider screed sledge is to assist in the even distribution across the surface of granolithic toppings. The sled will ensure the topping dust adheres to the surface in a connective manner.
Made from aluminium, this robust 10ft double beam sled is built to last. Custom sizes manufactuered on request.
