This 200mm diametre plate houses resin polishing diamond pucks and will fit various grinding/polishing machines. A typical machine will have three of these plates which slot onto the planetary system.

A the polishing process of floors is carried out in stages based on the grit value of the resin diamond pucks this tooling connects to the machine plate via velcro which allows you to quickly change them as the polishing process proceeds.

This tooling will typically hold three resin diamond pucks per 200mm plate. A Velcro shield is also available which we recommened to ensure you pad holder is not damaged if the tooling wears down and makes contact with the floor.
