Hexagon Rollers Concrete Texture pattern
In stock
Choose from three hexagon pattern rollers which are used to create slip resistant surfaces for livestock. These rollers are applied to concrete during the finishing process to create a hexagon pattern which is benifical to cattle as grip is made available in all directions.
Three rollers are available.
Two lightweight rollers and the original hexagon roller which can be weighted/filled with water for stiffer sections if required. Each roller has a robust aluminium frame which allows the roller to spin in use and during the clean off process.
We offer some additional extras: Snap Handles which are aluminium poles which can be connected to give a range of access to the slab and Zyglide which is a release agent, this liquid can be sprayed or brushed onto the roller to prevent concrete being picked up and sticking.
The Hexagon Roller is used to create a hexagon pattern in concrete which produces a durable non slip finish floor.
Typically used in livestock yards and agricultural settings this Lightweight roller can be weighted for stiffer sections if required. This hexagonal texture roller allows cattle grip in all directions and also allows for the fast drainage of fluids. Features a roller stand to protect roller when not in use.

Snap Handles are used to send floats, brushes and rollers out onto concrete surfaces. This pack of three 6ft long snap handles (1800mm) x 1 3/8" diametre (35mm) will give you a combined reach of 18ft.
Single 6ft Snap Handle Aluminium (1800mm) x 1 3/8" (35mm) Diameter.
These snap handles are used by concrete finishing professionals to smoothly send concrete floats and other finishing tools such as texture brushes and pattern rollers across concrete bays. These handles can be connected via a simple snap lock mechanism to give the desired reach on the slab.
These aluminium snap handles are compatible with the knucklehead tilt action gear-boxes which allow the float to be tilted by turning the snap handle.
