The steel blasting machine has to be connected to a Blastrac industrial dust collector to create a closed circut. This means that you are able to work virtually dust free, creating a better working environment. The steel blaster can be disassembled into only a few parts. This allows for the machine to be passed through a Ø600 mm storage tank access hatch. It makes it ideal for the petrochemical industry. The machine is equipped with an independent electric drive motor on each rear wheel to make it ergonomically easy to use. They also improve productivity and promote a more even and consistent blast pattern and surface profile.
The Blastrac EBE 350 electric steel blaster is perfect for small and medium-sized jobs preparing horizontal steel surfaces before the application of new coatings. It is also ideal for removing coatings and paint from steel surfaces. Its modular construction allows for it to be easily disassembled and reassembled through an opening of Ø600 mm. The Blastrac EBE 350 steel blast-cleaning machine is specially designed to be used on internal tank bottoms or tank roofs and can also be used on ship decks, steel plates, oil platform helicopter decks and walkways, bridge decks, navy ship decks and steel floors.
