Designed for extreme conditions, like dry cutting and iron sawing, thanks to the vacuum brazed technology. Spliced (closed) loop. The wire that doesn’t need the weakest link: a connection.
C1200 is a professional high-end diamond wire for demanding applications and extreme cutting circumstances, such as dry cutting of steel, nuclear decommissioning and extremely accurate sawing on oil rigs. Increased number of beads gives the wire excellent performance. 53 vacuum brazed beads/meter with a diameter of 10,3 mm. Extreme long life. Minimum power of machine is 20 kW. Designed for Husqvarna wire saw CS 2512.
