Fluxwrap IBC Cooling System (FLUX275)
Achieve full coverage cooling at the temperature range you require to maintain the integrity of your critical materials with maximum efficiency.
The light weight compact design of this Fluxwrap IBC cooling system can chill materials and liquids via an insulated inner membrane which houses the coolant liquid to evenly distributed. The padded outer jacket which is part of this product is added via a strapping method to hold this system together on the IBC tank plus a lid which is made from the same material.
These cooling systems are used in many industries. This jacket system requires a chilling unit which can be supply purchase separately please make contact for details.
This system essentially requires ethylene glycol which is an organic compound with the formula (CH₂OH)₂. It is mainly used for two purposes, as a raw material in the manufacture of polyester fibers and for antifreeze formulations. This IBC system requires a chiller which maintains the flow of ethylene glycol solution to circulate through the Fluxwrap system.
