TRIPLE ROLLER TUBE PAVER TRTP75
In stock
The Triple Roller places and finishes concrete by running along form, this machine is specifically designed for paving large projects, fast, accurately and efficiently.
Operated via a stand-on control platform this machine is driven along the form to level the concrete, once level, a vibratory finishing bar is lowered to make another pass producing suberb finishing results. The rollers are 24ft (7.3m) wide, this length is ideal for bay widths upto 6.5m as some overhang of the form is required.
Powered by the Honda iGX800 with 24.9 hp (18.6 kW) @ 3,600 rpm (SAE J1349) with electronic fuel injection, electric STR governor, drive-by-wire control, and a host of other advanced features help to maximize productivity and make the job easier. Designed to level and finish large areas of concrete. Ideal for all kinds of commercial concrete. This triple roller can be used on PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) which has larger aggregate in the mix.
Once placed on to the form, the first roller tube counter rotates to cut the concrete to height, The second two tubes drive the machine forward and provides the flat finish. The Vibratory head can then be dropped down for a vibratory finished final pass. This machine was developed to greatly reduce manual handling and reduce labour fatigue on large pours. With an impressive productivity of >50m³/hour on screeds with low slump concrete mixes a consistent flat finish shows that this is the best practice for pavement quality concrete.
To counter weight the operator side, this screed had a 50 gallon (227 litres) water tank. This water can be connected to the Honda powered GX160 jet-wash system which comes with the machine. This jet-wash system allows the machine to be easily cleaned after use.
